Quicker Loading With Less Operator Fatigue

Add a Gantry Loader to your Press-Side 3000 Rapid Cycle Metalizer to increase throughput while decreasing operator fatigue. Rather than manually lifting and loading the fixtures, operators activate the action of the Gantry Loader by placing their hands over palm sensors. This causes the Gantry to automatically slide into the metalizing chamber, attach to a fixture, and retract it. The operators then manually rotate the arm and use the palm sensors to signal the Gantry to slide a new fixture into the chamber while they unload and reload the fixture with the next parts to be coated.
